Graduate
with work, not just worksheets.

A new kind of internship program
for ambitious teens (12-18).

Let’s be honest.

A lot of students today look successful… but don’t feel capable.

They’ve mastered the “game of school”: follow instructions, earn high grades, and stack activities. But when the instructions disappear—when the problem is messy, unclear, or changing fast—they freeze. That’s not a character flaw. It’s how school has trained them.

But now AI is speeding everything up. The world is changing faster than anyone can plan for. Careers aren’t linear. Expectations keep shifting. There’s no “right answer” anymore. Even employers and top universities are noticing the gap. Students are arriving with impressive transcripts… but without the confidence to lead themselves, adapt quickly, or build something real.

Parents feel this too. The path forward looks hazier than ever. Jobs change. Roles evolve. There’s no clear roadmap. So the real question isn’t just, “Will my student get into a good college?” It’s, “Will they know how to navigate uncertainty when the rules keep changing?”

So we built a different path.

We brought together entrepreneurs and builders to design a new kind of “internship program” where students explore their interests, discover opportunities for impact, and find real work opportunities. Unlike other programs, our students aren't spoon-fed clerical work. Instead, we’re focused on empowering each student to create their own opportunities aligned with their interest. That's the essential skill that school, sports, and test prep miss.

Here’s what it looks like

From idea to impact, with feedback at every step.

1.Find a problem the student cares about.

2. Discover how that problem affects local organizations.

3. Build a work proposal for each target organization.

4. Pitch their work through structured cold outreach.

5. Land a real opportunity, earn college credit, and stand out on applications.

This experience is the opposite of school as usual.

Not waiting for instructions—but defining the work.
Not optimizing for the right answer—but learning to make good decisions when there isn’t one.

Because here’s the truth about admissions now:
Most applicants look the same. Strong grades.
Similar clubs. Similar essays. Similar “leadership.”
It’s just noise for admissions officers.

Don’t fall into that trap.

Here’s the impact.

Here’s how I improved it.

Here’s what I’d do next.

Here’s the final result.

Here’s what I built.

Here’s what didn’t work.

Here’s the first draft.

Here’s the results.

Here’s a real problem

What actually stands out is a student who can say…

Gain College Credits

At the end of the experience, students submit a portfolio and short reflection to earn high school and college credit in Work-Based Learning.

High school credit (1–2 elective units)
Granted by Sora Schools, the #1 project-based online school in the world.

College credit (1–2 ECTS units)
Granted by one of Germany’s leading university for innovation in leadership education.

From “Am I doing this right?” to “I’ve got this.”

The first time a student ships something real, faces uncertainty, and realizes “I can figure this out,”

Their confidence changes.

They stop asking for permission.

They begin to trust their ability to learn, adapt, and lead.

Help your student be ready for college and stand out

Prove they can do more than follow instructions.
